apply_normalization

radionets.evaluation.utils.apply_normalization(img_test, norm_dict)

Applies one of currently two normalization methods if the training was normalized

Parameters:

input image

norm_dictdictionary

either empty (no normalization) or containing the factors

Returns:

img_testtorch.Tensor

normalized image
